I’ve personally used the next trackers/apps at varied levels of my health journey as have lots of my busy, pushed lawyer purchasers each pre- and in the course of the pandemic. Good doesn’t exist. However they’re fairly darn good and that’s higher than guessing. I usually joke that I want they’d all merge so we may have one mega tracker that did all of it (MY PRECIOUS!).
